The apartment is just 3 minutes from the "Nuremberg/City Border" subway (max. 12 min. to Nuremberg/Center) Beer/food/concerts - suitcase factory opposite Park - 100 m walk to Nuremberg center Norma-800 m The apartment is small and cozy (28 m + balcony): kitchenette - base cabinet/grill/toaster/kettle/salt/pepper/sugar Apartment is small and cozy (armchair + bookshelf + floor lamp + dining table + 2 (4) chairs + radio + 1 cabinet left door -> 3 duvets/2 pillows/& for clothes. ATTENTION!!!..... It is IMPORTANT that you leave the apartment in a clean condition when you leave. That means... bedding tidied up in the closet, swept with the (Swiffer hanging in the hallway) all used dishes washed & dried & put back in the closet!!!!! Contact me on Whatsapp at least 1-2 days before your arrival to let me know what time you will arrive and I will discuss the key handover with you. Additional information about the bed linen: There are 3 different duvets and pillows. 1. Green with flowers 2. Checked red green 3. Yellow with large flowers. Choose for yourself which one you want to sleep in... inform me when you leave which bedding you used and also which bed layers (color). Thank you very much & I hope you enjoy your stay in my apartment. Guest access The white cabinet next to & under the TV should remain closed - my things are there. The shoe cabinet in the hallway and the right part of the wardrobe are also closed. Other things to note Guests must have a valid ID and present it when booking (copy/photo)! For inquiries, please indicate the place of residence and nationality on your ID. (If this information is not identical when booking, Airbnb will be informed and your reservation will be canceled for security reasons!! Regulation for 1-day guests: For only one night/1 night, there is a cleaning fee of at least 7.00 - 12.00 euros. If you make a request for 1 day, I will send you a host offer with the cleaning fee via Airbnb. (From 2 nights stay, the cleaning fee of at least €15 is already included)
