Blackwood Park Cottages - Ariel Cottages

The Ariel Cottage is a beautiful solid sandstone construction built in the heritage style from locally quarried stone. The internal fit out uses timber from our property and other native Tasmanian timber to give a luxury colonial feel with a building that does not compromise on character, aesthetic, or modern amenity. Guests have total, private control of the entire living space including covered deck, your own garden space, and exclusive use of the wooden cedar hot tub set into the deck. The space Guests have their own private space away from the main farmhouse. Each cottage has its own private garden area and each cottage is exclusive to a single group - no shared living, bathroom or anything else. Guests also have access to the wider farm with sheep, goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks, and other assorted fowl. Wandering through the gardens or enjoying a glass of wine taking in the idyllic views from the wooden bench overlooking the valley, guests have the freedom to enjoy the natural landscape at their own pace.
