Towards Coffs Harbour, the international Sports Grounds, University, Hospital, Airport & race course. South, cultural Bellingen, Urunga boardwalk, Promised Land swim holes & the Dorrigo waterfalls. The space Four bedrooms are on offer, with the 2 upstairs in the roof area having windowed roof dormers & double beds, a bathroom with a crows foot bath & a telephone style shower. There is a cosy lounging area with 2 day beds in corner nooks near the window dormers where you can sit & gaze out over the property or just read a book, centre of the gable wall are french doors with a Juliet style balcony. The 2 bedrooms on the main level are queen sized beds with ceiling fans & french doors, a bathroom & vanity separate the two, the main lounge area is on the lower floor & leads out onto the covered timber decking & up into the dining area, The kitchen area has a family room with a fully windowed sun room with double glass doors which lead out onto the rear veranda & yard. Guest access Guests have access to all of the house except for 2 rooms, at the south end of the house where the owner stores his personal effects.
