There is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area, 2 decks provide beautiful ocean views, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet are great for larger groups. The villa is great for groups and has ample space to get away and relax. The space For those familiar with the larger villas at Kingfisher resort we have replaced the loft ladder with a staircase so the loft bedroom is accessible to all. In the loft bedroom there are louvres allowing people in this room their privacy but can be opened for a more open feel. The main bathroom has a freestanding shower, spa bath and vanity and the en-suite has a shower, vanity and toilet, there is also a separate toilet. The villa has its own fully equipped laundry area. On the main deck, accessed through the lounge/kitchen area there is seating for 8 and the family sized Weber BBQ. The lower deck, accessed from the main bedrooms is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the view. Air con is in each of the main bedrooms and in the lounge area which will also service the loft bedroom. The villa has only recently gone back on the rental market and is receiving excellent feedback from very happy guests.
