Taxis are readily available at the airport, or we can assist with arranging transfers in advance. • Argassi is a short drive from Zakynthos Town, approximately 5–10 minutes away via the main coastal road. Free private parking is available on site, and no reservation is needed. • Taxis are widely available across the island and provide a simple way to reach Explorer’s Rest without renting a car. • Getting around: While Argassi’s beach, shops and restaurants are walkable, car hire is recommended if you’d like to explore beaches, villages and hiking routes across the island. Guest access You have full, private access to the studio and its outdoor terrace. Check-in is self-service, with all door codes sent around 48 hours before arrival. You’ll also have access to the gardens and shared outdoor spaces surrounding Explorer’s Rest, and you’re welcome to use the nearby family-run pools and snack bars at Edelweiss Hotel and Hotel Elea. Other things to note Guests at Explorer’s Rest during the summer are welcome to use the swimming pool at Edelweiss Hotel opposite (respecting the usual pool etiquette of opening times etc.) where we have Aqua Yoga and Garden Yoga classes.
