Walking distance from Centris where office buildings, restaurants and a park is located. There are also a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood offering different cuisine. The space The fee includes all utilities like electricity, water, internet and building dues. No additional charges will be paid. There is no airconditioning installed. Only 2 electric fans are provided. It is cool in the unit as confirmed by previous guests. You can cook in the unit with the induction cooker and cooking pans provided. Victoria Sports Tower is a sports themed residential and commercial space. Sports facilities such as basketball court, volleyball court, badminton court, tennis court, bowling alley, lap pools and others are located inside the building but are subject for a fee with the building admin. Please coordinate with them if you are interested in using those facilities. There is also a cinema in the building showing the latest movies. Guest access Access of the pool is free. You just need to register at the lobby in advance, at least the day before. Same day registration and usage of pool is not allowed. Other things to note Paid parking is available in the building for guests. First 3hours is ₱45. Additional ₱15 per succeeding hour. Staying after 12 midnight will incur additional overnight charge of ₱300.
