SIMAR FARM HOUSE. A step towards nature.

Simar Farmhouse is located in Khamdong, 2 hrs drive from Gangtok, 45 min drive from singtam.WE PROVIDE 3 meals/day( breakfast, lunch and dinner). We do organic farming. We have small scale diary, poultry and piggery farm.You can hike, participate in village life style or just enjoy the peace. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday then this is the best place for you. Cost of 3 basic meals is INCLUDED in the quoted price however IF you want any special dish THEN you'll have to pay for it. The space The best thing about our property is the space. It has a big lawn with this beautiful view. The rooms inside is spacious. We provide 3 single beds in one room. Guest access Take a walk around the property and when I say property it's like a good 30minutes to 1 hour walk in the farm. Eat and enjoy fresh plucked fruits and vegetables (seasonal) from the farm. Engage yourself in village life(milking, planting, manuring and even learning to cook local food) IF interested. Other things to note The price that we've listed is per head per day and it includes the 3 meals. so you get food and lodging in the said price. We have small shops in the village where you may not get the supplies( special brand ciggaretts, soaps,chocolates)that you are used to, if so, then it is suggested you get the necessary items with you. Any particular medicines if required then please get it with you.
