The apartment is air-conditioned The space This luxury modern and comfortable apartment is set in Fontana, outskirts of Victoria, in a quiet area enjoying the Gozitan country views and fresh air. This apartment is perfect for solo travellers, couples, or a small family of 4/5 people. Upon entering, you walk into the open plan living / kitchen / dining. There is L shaped sofa opposite a flat screen TV + cable channels. The apartment offers free wifi. The modern kitchen is well equipped kitchen with built in appliances - microwave, fridge, oven, toaster & kettle. There is also a sizable balcony with table and chairs. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. There is also a washing machine + clothes drying rack. The first bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet + balcony. The other bedroom has has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are airconditioned with cooling & heating facilities. The air-condition operates through a coin meter - (approx. 1 euro for a whole night of air-condition if you need it). In the living area, heating is provided through a gas heater in winter. A full tank of gas will be provided at your arrival. In Summer, there are fans in every room (free of charge) + air-condition in the bedroom. We are happy to assist you with anything that you may need from information and recommendations, to airport transfers. Melissa and family Other things to note In June 2016, the Maltese government introduced an environmental fee of €0.50c per person for each night spent on the Maltese Islands. The contribution is payable by all tourists. Those under 18 years of age are exempt of this fee. This fee is collected in cash upon arrival. Gozo Bellevue Homes is happy to book airport transfers for you, to help you with car rental, bike hire, diving, horse riding and anything you might need at all. We strive to make your stay a happy one :) Cots and high chair available for little ones free of charge. In Winter heating is provided through air-condition in the bedroom that operates through a coin meter - ( like 2 to 3 euro is enough for a whole night). In the living area, heating is provided through a gas heater. A full tank of gas will be provided at your arrival. The gas tanks can be replaced upon request at a charge of 20 euro. In Summer, there are fans in every room + air-condition in the bedroom that works with a coin meter. If the room is closed, it will cost you just a few euros (2 - 3 euro for the whole night) to cool the place down.
