The space Our well-kept apartment is perfect for both adults and families who love the luxury of stepping out on to soft white sand. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (with lift or stairs to access) with stunning sea views. The communal Carabela pools (one large and one baby) are gated (we provide keys) within the adjacent block. Many shops, cafés and delicious restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Nearby, historical Alcudia Old Town is home to some of Mallorca’s oldest restaurants within its quaint, windy streets and has a fantastic local market on Sunday and Tuesday mornings. The pretty marina opposite the apartment offers boat hire, trips and is the perfect spot to watch the sun set. There is high-speed fibre broadband/WiFi and the smart TV has access to British satellite channels. If you have own Netflix account or Amazon firestick this is is usable with our TV. For families: There is a baby/toddler cot, children's plastic plates, cups and cutlery, TV with kids DVDs and plenty of buckets and spades all in the apartment. There are also several children's play areas directly on the beach. Guest access Our private aparment is situated within the small cluster of 'Carabela' apartments. Guests have full access to the large, privately shared communal pool which also includes a small children's pool. Well-kept gardens surround the property with tall palm trees for shade in hotter months. Other things to note There is air-conditioning free of charge- however as it is very expensive to run, we ask that you keep all the door and windows closed when using (otherwise you will have to turn it up really high to attempt to cool the warm outside air). We also ask that you please turn the air con off when out. The same applies if using the unit as a heater in winter months. Thank you. The apartment is licensed for letting by the government of Mallorca. Upon booking you will be asked to send us a copy of your passport/ ID for "Guardia Civil" (the same as when you check in to a hotel). All Air BnB/ holiday hosts are required to ask for this information by Mallorcan/ Spanish law now. If any Air BnB/ holiday host does not ask you for this information, they are breaking the law. If you prefer, you can send your info using Signal or another app rather than email. We appreciate this may seem excessive, but we are just following the rules and appreciate your understanding.
