The minimum charge $140 is for 1 guest. Additional guests will attract a charge of $45 per head, and bedrooms will be made available as needed. We only ever have 1 booking at a time, no sharing with other families or individuals. We live on site and are happy to help, your accommodation is segregated and totally private. NO parties, no smoking, please be respectful of neighbours. Fake tan & hair dye use PROHIBITED. Fully equipped kitchen, plus washing machine & dryer. The space Quiet residential setting located 5k from CBD. You are guaranteed to get a great experience here, please read our reviews. Guest access Your accommodation incorporates a lovely little garden area with private access. The access doorway to the unit is 620 mm wide, so unfortunately is not wheelchair friendly. Other things to note This is definitely NOT a venue for parties. SMOKING/VAPING PROHIBITED We only accept guests who have been booked in. Your unit is conjoined to our home but you enjoy total privacy. When you request to book please ensure that you provide details ( name, profile pics) of any companions who are potentially booking in.
