Tea Tree Gully Tranquility

Self-contained 2 bedroom guesthouse in beautiful Tea Tree Gully. Situated at the base of the Adelaide foothills in peaceful native tree surroundings, walking distance to function venue House of Haines, restaurants, cafes, bakery and takeaway shops. Anstey Hill recreation park is on your doorstep, there are walking trails where kangaroos or koalas can be seen and views overlooking the city. Complimentary breakfast hamper and bottle of sparkling water on arrival. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk. The space The main bedroom has a super comfy queen bed, dressing table, full mirror and looks out onto a garden area. Both bedrooms are spacious with new plush carpet, built in robes, side tables and hotel like dressing gowns. There is an outdoor patio with table, chairs and space for children to play on the lawn. Open plan kitchen/living, well equipped with cooking utensils, electric oven, gas cook top, microwave, toaster and espresso coffee machine with milk warmer. A dining table with chairs and fridge. Washing machine is located in the kitchen area, washing powder and a drying rack. Clothes line located down the side of the house. The apartment has its own seperate bathroom upstairs, recently renovated, is small but clean, has fantastic water pressure with instant hot water that never runs out! . There are towels and facewashers, hairdryer and the shower has soap on tap dispenser. Please note as per pictures, the staircase only has a handrail. The lounge has 42 inch flatscreen TV, a 2 seater plus leather reclining chair, pod dock, DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Reverse cycle air conditioner and extra blankets. A privacy screen has been installed at the patio entry for you to use, it is difficult to pull over and put into place, please see your host if having troubles with this. There is a high chair, some toys n games and an infant port a cot is available on request. Onsite there is also additional airbnb accommodation with bathroom for 2 people at a good rate, ( separate from the guesthouse ), please enquire with your Host. Guest access Entire space - 2 bedrooms, open living/kitchen area, bathroom and outdoor paved area , lawn and garden area growing dwarf fruit trees. Please be aware we live upstairs and you may hear footsteps above but there is only 2 of us and we work full time. We will do our utmost to be invisible and quiet but we are there if you need anything at all. We generally give guests their privacy but we are more than happy to meet you and even share a coffee or glass of wine!! Other things to note The space is the lower half of our house but is completely seperate with its own access. The bathroom is at the top of the stairs pictured, If you have children the sides of the stairs are open. The back of the stairs also open - see photo.
