The house has an open plan and large backyard set amongst the peninsula’s native trees. The House has a fresh Beach chic feel with floorboards in all the main areas and bedrooms. There are 2 generous bedrooms and sleep five comfortably with brand new mattresses 1 X Queen, 1 Double Bunk and 1 single bed above the bunk . We would be pleased to provide linen upon request for a dry-cleaning fee specified. We provide doonas and pillows. All pillows and mattress have mattress protectors. The kitchen is fully equipped with new cooking crockery and utensils. The Lounge room has new flat screen TV , split system Air-conditioner and heating, a seperate gas heater for those extra cold nights . Fully equipped separate laundry with washing machine and iron . The Bathroom has a separate shower and bath tub, including a separate toilet. Entertain in the covered deck where there is a dining table and chairs . If you like there is a coal BBQ with coals and gas provided. Nespresso coffee machine and pods provided as well as a range of teas for your enjoyment . This cozy property can be enjoyed all year around. No Schoolies Bookings. Special rates apply in peak season and public holidays .
