Pa's Place

Pa's Place is a home away from home in delightful Swanhaven. A short walk to lovely quiet Swan Lake and 5 minutes drive to beautiful Berrara beach and lagoon for excellent swimming and fishing. Supplied are surf boards, body boards and kayaks for you to use or you can also hire boats locally. Sussex Inlet is a 5 minutes drive away for the supermarket and cinema and cafes. This property is suitable for well behaved dogs. NO Cats please The space Pa's Place is a cabin with one bedroom, kitchen, eating area, lounge and bathroom. There is a lovely outdoor area with fire pit and a bbq area with outdoor dining and lounge to relax after your day exploring the local beaches. The main bedroom has a double bed, with electric blanket. There is a single day bed in the dining area and a IKEA very comfortable sofa bed which makes up to a double bed in the lounge room. There is a wall mounted television in the bedroom and a smart television in the lounge area, air conditioning and heating. The cabin is nicely decorated with a VW Kombi theme, and has a kitchen with fridges, washing machine, dishwasher and 2 burner induction stove.Victoria coffee maker and microwave. Breakfast groceries of cereal and bacon and eggs and bread will be provided for you free of extra charge. Coffee, tea, milk, sauces, condiments are also provided for your convenience.Please don't take home. We hope we have thought of most things you may need for your stay, towels, beach towels, sheets, blankets, body wash, Shampoo & Conditioner cleaning products. For extra entertainment incase you have a wet stay we have DVD player and board games, but we are sure you will want to spend your time out by the Fire Pit and relaxing on the lounge soaking up the night stars after your busy day exploring the beaches and activities. Pa's Place is a few minutes walk to Swan Lake 5 min drive to Cudmurrah beach or 20 min walk on the walking tracks. 7 min drive to Berrara Beach 5 Min drive to Sussex Inlet, where there is an RSL, Brewery, Shops lots of places to eat and a historical cinema. Guest access This cabin is down the driveway of the property and gives you access to half the yard, complete privacy , your welcome to Call during your stay for any additional help. Other things to note The bedroom has a double bed. The lounge area has a sofa bed suitable for two people and there is a day bed in the dining area which is suitable as a single bed. The double bed has an electric blanket fitted and there is an electric throw rug in the lounge room to warm you up in the colder months. Cabin is air conditioned.
