We offer you a 48 m² comfortable two-room apartment in the center of Kressbronn am Bodensee. The apartment has a separate entrance and is on the ground floor. The city tax of 3.30 euros per person per night must be paid in cash to us. The space The apartment is in the half of the house facing away from the street and railway line and is therefore very quiet. The spacious bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. The living room has a spacious kitchenette, visually separated. All rooms are equipped with tiles/parquet. In the bathroom there is a wellness shower next to the double sink and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. Out of respect for our tenants, our apartment is offered as a non-smoking apartment. In the courtyard there is the possibility to park cars. For motorcycles or bicycles, we offer covered storage. Our house is about 1 km from the shore of Lake Constance. On romantic paths through orchards, in about 10 - 15 minutes the Lake Constance shore can be reached. The quiet location of our apartment invites you to enjoy the most beautiful days of the year on the Swabian Sea. If you want variety, excursions to nearby Allgäu, Austria, Switzerland and Lichtenstein or a mammoth tour to Italy are available. Extensive brochure material is available for you in our apartment. Guest access Our guests are allowed to use their own terrace from sunrise to sunset into mild nights. Other things to note We are very central. The supermarket is 100 m away. The train station is 400 m away. You can rent a vehicle cheaply for individual days.
