The space Rose Cottage at Sea is located in the small coastal town of Vermont, Overberg. Neighbouring Onrus and approximately 10 km from Hermanus. The double storey cottage is a mere 300 m from the seafront and coastal path. Downstairs comprises of 3 double bedrooms and an open living area. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a separate sharing full bathroom with a bath. The downstairs living area is open-plan with a kitchen, scullery, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and utensils. The scullery area has a double sink, washing machine ,tumble dryer and dish washer. The down stairs lounge area has comfortable seating and underfloor heating as well as a wooden fireplace for the rainy cold winter evenings. The dining area has an 8-seater dining room table. Outside is a lovely secluded braai area with ample space around the wooden table. It is situated next to the green belt which ensures privacy. The upstairs comprises of the fourth bedroom with an en suite bathroom (with shower), and a lounge area. There is also a small TV area with a coffee station and bar fridge. The TV area is equipped with a Smart TV which has DSTV as an optional extra. The upstairs lounge area leads out onto a balcony with outdoor furniture with views of the lovely Vermont mountain range and the ocean. On street and garage parking is available. Uncapped Wi-Fi.
