Newly built farmhouse/Villa (located in Nagli Bahrampur, Sector-135, Noida) having 4 lavish bedrooms with attached bathrooms, living area, kitchen, outdoor swimming pool, lawn garden. it's an ideal place for family staycations, leisure escapes, private celebrations, wedding stays corporate retreats and much more Guest access Guests can access the Entire Villa but kindly adhere to house rules . Other things to note Right to admission: The owner/host has the right to enter the property for periodic inspection and checking. Guests should not refuse access to our team members when requested. We do not wish to invade your privacy, however, we need access sometimes to keep things functioning smoothly. Swimming Pool Rules: 🔸 Kindly adhere to the Swimming pool timings from 2.00 pm to 6.00 am. 🔸Make sure to take shower before entering the swimming pool. 🔸Jumping in the pool at any end is strictly prohibited (For safety reasons) 🔸Parties are permitted near the swimming pool area, however, only disposable/plastic glasses are allowed in the pool area. Beer bottles/glassware is strictly prohibited in the pool area (Beer cans / Disposable / Plastic glassware is allowed) 🔸 Non-swimmers and kids (unattended) are not allowed to enter our pool area. 🔸 Our guests are solely and explicitly liable for using the pool at their own risk. Any mishap/accident in the pool shall have no responsibility, explicit or implied on the host (the owners of the property or any of the workers at the property). 🔸 Non-compliance with swimming pool rules will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate cancellation of booking with no refund. (This is for the safety of guests). 🔸 Guests will be asked to sign a liability disclaimer before entering the swimming pool.
