Welcome to the Avocado Premium 1 BR Cottage, located in the North of Kathmandu near the Shivapuri National Park. Feel embraced by nature's warmth, creating an unparalleled home away from home experience. The space Avocado Accommodations sits in a big area of 3000 Sq meter in the northern city of kathmandu. Avocado accommodations named because the cottages are surrounded by avocado garden. Avocado Accommodations consists of five tiny cottages with all amenities. All five cottages are different in design, layout, space and facilities however each of them have all basic amenities. AVOCADO PREMIUM 1BR Cottage: A beautiful cottage with nice exterior. Surrounded by trees and bushes it has adequate privacy. The main entrance of the cottage opens to the spacious living room which also has kitchen and dinning space in the same room. There are two doors one opening to the Bedroom and another one to the bathroom. Bathroom is attached to the Bedroom and it has two doors one opening to the living room and another one to the bedroom. Guests can use these doors as per their comfort. Bedroom is bright and spacious with two large windows in the South and West allowing adequate Sun into the room. Room is well furnished. There is a queen sized double bed with 8 inches thick spring mattress. It has an attached bathroom beautifully done with white and blue tiles; a counter basin and rain shower. Bedroom opens to a terrace where you can have an outdoor sitting and during winter it offers a perfect sunbathing. Bedroom has Air conditioner and a flat screen Tv with satellite channels. There is also closet and vanity with mirror. Bedside table and power sockets makes more convenient for phone charging and switching off the light. At the main entrance of the cottage there is closed terrace with outdoor furnitures and which provides a beautiful outdoor sitting especially in the evening with a beautiful sunset view. This space may be used as smoking area for smokers as the ashtray is placed there. Living Room: When you enter from the main entrance of the cottage you will come to the spacious bright room with Living, dining and kitchen all in one. This room has also large glass windows which offer a clear cut view of the surrounding area including green mountains in the far vicinity. This room is fully furnished consisting of beautiful bamboo sofa set and a glass top table. Kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials and also consists of cupboards and drawers. There is also a dining space with dining table and chairs for two persons. There is a grass lawn at the front and back yard. There are many trees and bushes making environment healthy. To have such environment in a crowded city like Kathmandu is a luxury. There is adequate parking space for our guests if they own a vehicle. Guest access All the common places within premise including gardens, laundry etc are opened for guests. Other things to note 1. Please note that we don't have restaurant/ coffee shop in the premises and we do not serve food or drinks. 2. we do not provide house keeping services or cleaning or cooking or any other services. However, we can try to help the guests to access such services from outside on payment. 3. We have common laundry area where you can wash and dry your clothes. 4. There is outdoor kitchen with BBQ gas griller requires a booking with extra charges. 5. We have electronic card key system for the main entrance of the complex so you can get in and out on your own any time. 6. Restaurants, coffee shops, Groceries and marts are in a walking distance. Public transport is in a 5 minutes walk however you can also call your vehicle on your doorsteps by using apps like 'indrive', 'pathao" etc. You can also order foods online by using different apps like "foodmandu".
