The Grade 2 listed building has been sympathetically renovated to retain the grandeur and elegance of a Victorian family mansion whilst offering all the modern conveniences to make our guests feel comfortable and relaxed. We have a residents lounge, bar, extensive landscaped gardens and outdoor bar area. Walking distance from Ilfracombe town centre harbour. Amazing hiking close by with breathtaking views. Pet friendly. Suite One is the garden flat and has two bedrooms. As a default one bedroom is set up with a king size bed and the second with two singles. There is a separate shower room with wc and basin. The living room has a sofa and dining table for four people. We have based the occupancy as two people per bedroom (therefore four people) however we can make up an extra sofa bed or folding bed upon request at a fee of £10 per person per night. If you need additional guests stay please message us. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, over and hob, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has a TV with freeview box and the property has free wifi. For quiet days in we have a selection of books and games available in the communal area to borrow. There is also the residents lounge should you need some quiet time to read or work.
