Ideally located just minutes from local cafes, a craft brewery, and only an 8-minute stroll to the beach. The space What you'll enjoy: Stay cool or cozy all year-round with a heat pump. Complimentary WiFi and a 55-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment. A spacious lounge, dining, and kitchen area that flows onto a covered outdoor dining area and a large grassy section. Quality beds, linens, furniture, and appliances for a comfortable stay. Guest access Guests may use the entire home. Other things to note Water conservation: To help protect our environment, we kindly ask that boats, jet skis, or other high-water-use items not be brought to the property. Please be mindful of your water use during your stay. Excessive water usage may result in a charge. What's not provided: - Beach towels - Washing machine access - Dishwasher Note: As per the photos, the beach house has an old kitchen and has no dishwasher. Eco-friendly amenities: We provide Ecostore products for your convenience. Pantry essentials: The pantry is stocked with cooking oil, salt, and pepper to help with meal preparation. Check-out: Please leave the house tidy when you depart. Rubbish and recycling removal: bins with a red lid and yellow lid plus the smaller green bin are to go out on a Monday morning.
