The property is a single large house divided into two apartments. Guests can choose the "Apartment with Terrace" option: they will have the stairwell and all their amenities on the first floor; or guests can choose "Apartment with 2 bedrooms" and they will have a kitchen and dining area on the ground floor (entrance and stairwell for the other guests) and the bedrooms and bathroom on the second floor.
