Spacious air conditioned 46 sqm condo w/ Mountain view private balcony access. Great for couples, barkadas and families. The space Condo has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. Also a pull out sofa bed and a floor mattress. Kitchen w/ electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker and refrigerator. MAXIMUM 6 GUESTS ALLOWED Basic cooking and eating utensils available. A bathroom w/ hot shower. This is a second floor unit w/ elevator and stairway access. Please note that there is no wall separating the living, kitchen and bedroom. Lay out is like a studio apartment but is considered as a 1 bedroom due to its bigger size. READ BEFORE BOOKING: **Please note that there is wifi but signal isn't the best, not advisable for work.** Access to Pico de Loro is thru referral by a member. The nightly rate on Airbnb is only for the use of the condo. Additional Fees called "Guest Fees" will be charged to guests upon arrival and paid to Pico de Loro Club. Guest Fees will give you access to Pico Beach and Country Club facilities. FOR GUEST FEES INFO PLS READ GUEST ACCESS. MAXIMUM ALLOWED NUMBER OF GUESTS: 6 including kids or babies! GUEST FEES ARE A ONE TIME FEE WHICH WILL BE GOOD FOR YOUR WHOLE STAY. I will not be there at Pico on the day of your check in. I will endorse you as UNACCOMPANIED guests. UNACCOMPANIED guests have access to Pico beach and the country club pools. Upon confirmation and payment of booking, please send me the names of all guests.I will then send you a validated Condo Guest Authorization Form (CGATU) and Guest Endorsement Form (GEF). You will present the GEF at the Main Gate reception area. The CGATU will be presented to guards at main gate and condo lobby reception. Please bring government issued ID to be presented along with the forms. You will be given color coded wrist bands. You will need to get a new wrist band for each day of your stay at Pico Country Club Reception. Please note that Pico Cash Card is one of the accepted mode of payments at Pico Restaurants and for access or use of available recreational activities.They will not accept CASH at the restaurants. You can avail of Cash Card for P50 and load it up at Guest Reception. Minimum initial amount load is P1000. You can also use a credit card to pay for charges in the Club. Guest access Guests have access to Pico Beach and Country Club facilities ( gym and swimming pools) upon payment of Guest Fees. Guest fees are between P1200 to P1700 per guest, depending on the season. Children 4 yrs to 12 yrs are from P400 to P800 3 yrs old and below free of charge. Discounts on guest fees available for senior citizens. Guests fees are separate from Airbnb fees. Payable to Pico upon arrival. Other things to note Pico de Loro is secluded from the city. I advise guests to bring food, snacks and lots of water and drinks. You can bring pre-cooked food and just heat it up in the condo kitchen to save money. You can also cook in the condo. There are restaurants at Pico. You can rent beach towels at the Country Club but if you do, it has to be returned before the end of the day. Please be considerate to neighbors and avoid loud music and loud talking. Let us avoid noise complaints from our neighbors, as they have the option to call security. Thank you for your understanding.
