Clean home with a great location! 2 min from I10 highway; 5 min from Walmart/Target; 10 min from Energy Corridor, Katy Asian Town. The house is a duplex and both units are listed on Airbnb. The two units have a shared wall and a locked door in between living rooms. This is the back unit of the house. You will own an entire unit of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a mini kitchen and some basic cookware. You will have a private entrance to the unit through the back door of the house. The space PARKING: Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway or along the curb in front of the house (garage parking is not allowed). BEDROOM: The spacious and stylish bedroom features all-new bed linen and comfortable mattress. LIVING ROOM: Enjoy our comfortable sofa and watch TV (cable TV, no streaming services). MINI-KITCHEN : The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker and microwave for light cooking, and we have a mini refrigerator, dishes, flatware stores in the cabinets for your convenience. BATHROOM: We have spare shampoo and shower gel just in case you forgot to bring them. We also have a hair dryer stored in the drawer under the sink for your convenience. WASHER & DRYER: The washer and dryer are SHARED between the two units of this house. We usually leave them to our cleaners. But if you need to use them, you can find it through the garage. A/C & HEATING: The house is equipped with both A/C and heat for your comfort. Guest access Guests will access the home by a key box with door keys. I will send an Airbnb message on the check-in instructions including the passcode to guest(s) the same day before check in/arrival. Other things to note This is a safe neighborhood in Houston. Just make sure you keep the doors locked at all times. NOTE there are TWO units in the house, separated by a shared wall, which has a locked door in between, we suggest to keep your noise to a reasonable level, especially at night. Huston has been hot and humid, creating the perfect environment for a number of pests and small animals to invade. Please put the food leftovers in the refrigerator and keep the windows and doors closed. Also please push out the garbage bins on time. THURSDAY and MONDAY are garbage days. The garbage truck will pick up the garbage in the morning. Please push the garbage bins to the side of the road and then take them back to the garage after the pickup. Please note that the house has TWO units. Both units share the same A/C. The thermostat control is in this unit. Please keep the temperature at a comfortable level. ***No pets!!! No Smoking!!! If there is any smoke smell, evidence of pets or other foul smell detected in our place, a $100+ cleaning fee will be applied to your booking plus $20+ per pet per days.
