There will be an expense, for extra energy of 15 euros per night, if you want air conditioning Other things to note The houses are located on the outskirts of Ronda, arriving through a rustic road that resembles a Roman road of easy transit for vehicles; they are located in a natural environment of great landscape interest, thus attracting customers especially interested in the knowledge of the natural environment. The houses are located a few kilometers from the Cueva del Gato, by car or on foot through a cataloged path that passes through the Puerto de las Muelas. The Hoya del Tajo, where the houses are located, is a perfect habitat for many birds such as kestrels and even falcons, which nest in the cut and can be observed from the houses; in addition there are many insectivorous birds that live on the banks of the Guadalevín river, which we cross by a bridge. In the surroundings we find old mills that took advantage of the strength of the water to grind wheat and obtain flour; these mills are being restored for public use as youth hostels and restoration areas. Currently, the Guadalevin River that crosses the farm carries its clean waters and is recovering its aquatic fauna. They are the only homes in the area that purify their wastewater before it is discharged into the river, through a biological wastewater treatment plant, also recycling all the waste they generate. The closed circuit of the fireplace is used for central heating through radiators. The wood used is certified, coming from the clearing and cleaning of olive and oak trees that would be discarded if it were not used in this way. The restoration of the houses to become rural accommodation has been carried out completely with local suppliers, both in furniture and in all the necessary equipment, and the original structure has been preserved.
