Our house is located in Forest Hills village inside SBMA. It is fully air conditioned, has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor dining and a 1 car garage. Basketball and swimming pool amenities are a 5 minute walk from the house. We are 25 minutes away from Zoobic, Ocean adventure, Treetop adventure, All Hands Beach, Camayan Beach Resort and the Inflatable Island. The space Our home can host 6 people comfortably. It is a bungalow apartment that has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor garden dining area and wash area. We have a master bedroom and bath with a queen size bed. There are two bedrooms with 2 single beds each that can accommodate 2 people per room. We also provide 3 floor mattresses. We provide clean bedsheets. There are 2 bathrooms in the house. Please bring your own towels and toiletries. Our kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, rice cooker, microwave, and refrigerator. We also have basic cooking pans and kitchen utensils. Our dining area overlooks a screened patio of our backyard where you can do some barbecue (we have a small grill) or eat al fresco. There is a 1 car garage parking. For additional cars they may park along the curb as it is a gated village. Guest access Guests can enjoy free use of the village basketball court, tennis court and swimming pool (10am-8pm). Badminton courts are ₱600/hr. Bring your own basketball, tennis ball & racket and proper swimwear.
