Live in the historic ministerial house of an old noble family. Enjoy the green surroundings and the charm of this historic house and the estate. Your own 2 bedrooms plus kitchen, dining- and bathroom and garden. Your are next to a nature reserve which is perfect for relaxing, jogging and cycling. Rooms are also ideal as (home) office. Booking a meeting room is also possible for a fee. Our family and our manufactory, lieb&lecker, have been using the building for four years now. Since moving in, we have renovated each room one by one, so all the guest rooms have been lovingly restored by us. The upper floor was originally where we lived with our two sons, Henri and Matti. Now, guests can also stay there. The ground floor is divided into your two guest rooms, your dining room, a kitchen, a hallway, and office spaces for our lieb&lecker manufactory. The hallway and kitchen are shared spaces, but you don’t need to worry about excessive traffic. :-) In the basement, we have prepared a beautifully and fully renovated bathroom exclusively for you, complete with a toilet, shower, and sink. Essentially, you have a complete apartment within our beautiful historic minister’s house. - It is also possible to book a meeting room for seminars, external team meetings, or group gatherings. More information about this can be found under the "Special Features" section. In the evenings, the house is quiet, so we kindly ask you to maintain normal room volume and observe quiet hours starting at 10 PM. The house is a protected historical monument, so please handle the doors and mirrors with care to preserve this craftsmanship for future generations. IMPORTANT FOR YOUR BOOKING: The large room with the sofa bed can accommodate 2 adults (+ 1 child). The smaller room can accommodate 2 additional adults. The other rooms are offices and belong to the manufactory, these are only used privately by us. During your stay If we are not around, you can call us at any time. Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Upon request, variable check-in and check-out times are also possible. We issue proper invoices with VAT identification. So, you can easily settle your business stay with us in your tax. Other things to note • Bed linens and towels for your group size are included in the price. • Please respect the quiet hours on the estate from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. • Pets are not allowed. • Smoking and vaping inside the house are prohibited. However, you are welcome to do so on the terraces and in front of the house. • If you need a crib, let us know, and we will provide up to two for you. • For your safety, the house entrance area and the staircase to the upper floor are monitored by video surveillance. Seminars, off-site employee meetings, team meetings: It is possible, in addition to the apartment's facilities, to book a large meeting hall of approximately 40 square meters by arrangement. It is equipped to hold meetings and training sessions, for example. An 85-inch 4K TV provides a media platform for presentations and videos. The room is furnished for 8 people but can possibly be equipped further. Thus, for example, corporate events can be held in a very beautiful setting, where 5 guests have a longer journey to and from and would like to arrive a day earlier or stay an extra night.
