Live in the historic ministerial house of an old noble family. Enjoy the green surroundings and the charm of this historic house and the estate. Your own 2 bedrooms plus kitchen, dining- and bathroom and garden. Your are next to a nature reserve which is perfect for relaxing, jogging and cycling. Rooms are also ideal as (home) office. Booking a meeting room is also possible for a fee. Near A2, A1. 15 min to Dortmund airport, 20 min to the Do-City, the Westfalenhallen and BVB stadium The space Your rooms are in a large historical house from 1856. The building has been used by our family and our manufactory since last year. Since moving in, we have been renovating room by room, so that the guest rooms are all freshly renovated and restored. We live on the upper floor with our two sons Henri and Matti. So you almost always have a contact person, but if you like still your privacy. The ground floor is divided into offices of our “lieb&lecker” manufactory, 2 guest rooms and a kitchen. The hallway and kitchen are shared, but you don't need to worry about excessive traffic. It’s a small family company :) In the basement we have prepared a very nice and completely renovated bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity for you. In the evening it is a quiet house, so we ask for silent behaviour at normal room volume from 10 p.m. The house is protected as a historic building (listed), so be careful with the doors and mirrors, so that future generations retain this craftsmanship. The large room with the sofa bed can be used by 2 adults (+ 1 child). The smaller room can accommodate 2 more adults. The other rooms are offices and belong to the manufactory, these are only used privately by us. During your stay We live upstairs and are happy to help when we are at home. If we are not at home, you can call us at any time. Check-in: from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m. Upon request, variable check-in and check-out times are also possible. We issue proper invoices with VAT identification. So, you can easily settle your business stay with us in your tax. Other things to note It is possible, in addition to the apartment's facilities, to book a large meeting hall of approximately 40 square meters by arrangement. It is equipped to hold meetings and training sessions, for example. An 85-inch 4K TV provides a media platform for presentations and videos. The room is furnished for 8 people but can possibly be equipped further. Thus, for example, corporate events can be held in a very beautiful setting, where 5 guests have a longer journey to and from and would like to arrive a day earlier or stay an extra night.
