Quiet, large garden with lawn, free parking and on top, you can start hiking just after stepping out of the door. Train station Ost, boat station for Lake Brienz, bus stop, bank, supermarket and restaurants 600 m can be reached within 7-10 walking minutes. The space Space of the little apartment (Studio) 20m2 with Twinbed No breakfast, self-catering (because it's an apartment) WIFI is free in the entrance not in the Apartment, in the area of the house by Login Guest. The apartment has a health Twin Swissflex bed (two Mattress in the ded, for two Persons, especially designed for people with back pain. It may be different set of hard to soft, for light or for heavier people. Good sleep for our guests is important to us. Street for residents, no through traffic impasse. Parking is free for Guests. Bed and Bad towels are in the Apartment. In the kitchen you will find a multi functionally thaw/simmer microwave oven with grill/crisp/ programmes, finery utensils, vacuum cleaner, as well as a handmixer, a cooking stove with 2 glass ceramic hotplates, refrigerator with freezer compartment, water boilers, toaster, egg boiler. The kitchen comes with dishes, cook utensils, which are plenty sufficient for 2 persons. In the Apartment you will find equipment radio/CD/alarm clock a duplex intercommunication system for the bell besides a TV high-density unite. During the stay, the daily cleaning is up to the guest. The usual final cleaning is provided by the owner’s party. This landscape garantees rest and relaxion! The house Riverholiday lies embedded between the Lake of Thun and the Lake of Brienz, and is only seven minutes or 600 m on foot away from the Interlaken Ost train station. In the morning you may have your break feast and gaze upon the mountains. The promenade that leads to the Lake of Brienz gently touches the house, and invites you to hike. Within only a few minutes, (300 m) one reaches the Lake of Brienz, an oasis of peace and quiet. Many wonderful hiking pathways to all directions are available. The maximum people allowed in the apartment are two adults . In case that more guests arrive, the owner party is allowed to accommodate only up to the maximum allowance of guests and is not bound to accommodate any more guests. The apartment Riverholiday is to be left in an orderly, acceptable state. Any damage done to the apartment or its equipment during the stay of the guests is to be fixed by the owner party, which however will charge the guest party accordingly. Upon departure the apartment must be in a reasonably cleaned up state, dishes must be stored etc., and there must be no above average level of staining or dirt. Should the room require special and intense attention of the cleaning staff, additional charges will arise. The usual final cleaning is provided by the owner’s party, and is included in the price.
