Guest access This home is private and is set up as a two bedroom guest house with access via a key safe just outside. Other things to note 🐾 Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome! There’s an additional charge of £10 per day per pet. 🚗 Parking: Our home has a small first come, first serviced car park to the front and if this is full, you'll find free street parking in the local area. ☕ Complimentary Amenities: We provide sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar. Please note that we don’t supply salt, pepper, or other cooking basics like oil or milk. If you need any of these items before your arrival, please let us know, and we’ll arrange them for you. 🛌 Bedding and Towels: Crisp, white bed linen awaits you, along with 2 pillows per guest. Each guest receives 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Bath/shower mats are provided in each bathroom. 🚿 Toiletries: Shower gel, hand soap, and hand & body lotion are available in each bathroom. Toilet paper is also provided. 🧹 Housekeeping Services: For stays longer than 7 nights, we offer complimentary housekeeping services. Whilst we'll always try and accommodate last minute requests we do need 2 days notice if you wish to have single beds. For groups of 5 and 6 the sofa bed in the lounge will be automatically made up. If you are booking in a group of 4 people or less and require the sofa bed this must be requested in advance.
