Very well located, close to shops and cafes and all means of transport. The space The room is private and can accommodate only one guest. In case of an extra guest sharing the same bed some extra fees are required ( see pricing list) There are no other guests in the flat. The host lives in the flat but can leave the place for the guest's convenience. There is a double bed, a cupboard, a large window with a nice view on the residence garden. There is also a comfy sofa and a small coffee table, plus a mini bar, a TV, a boiler with some tea and coffee bags and a bottle of drinkable water. The guest can use the kitchen facilities The bathroom is totally private with a bathtub, clean towels, shampoo and body gel. There is a room service once a week to clean the room and change the sheets and towels upon the guest's request Guest access In addition to all the necessary amnesties in the room, the guest can share the kitchen facilities, the garden and the living room with a large bay window. Leila, the host, lives by herself and fully respects the guest's privacy. However, she would love to communicate and chat with her guests if they so wish and is always ready to answer all their queries. If they want to have all the place for themselves, this can be afforded too. Leila is a retired English Professor, working now as a free lance translator and interpreter. Most foreign ambassadors' residences are located at La Marsa. It is very close to the famous Carthage City with all its Phoenician and Roman monuments. The iconic Sidi Bou Said white and blue village is also nearby.
