Our Beach House is rich with vibrant colours and open plan living with lots of natural light and air flow. Walking distance to Mullambin Beach and Causeway Lake a 3 minute drive to Roslyn Bay a short drive to Yeppoon CBD. * No carport only driveway space * No parties, events or gatherings * No pets * HOUSE GUESTS ONLY (MAX 8) other guests by arrangement with the host prior to your stay. * We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that does not comply with these conditions. The space Our Holiday House is a spacious well lit airy 4 bedroom low set brick home built to cater for entertaining, it boast 2 large lounge rooms, an open space kitchen and dinning complete with a 10 seater dinning table perfect for family dinners or a great games night. Outside the house is a little piece of paradise with a split level Bali Hut complete with lounge, dinning and sun deck, perfect for entertaining. The Pool is perfect all year round and a very spacious 10.5 X 4.5 with enough room for everybody to jump in and have a good time. The Beach and Causeway Lake are within 5 minute walking distance. There is also a great little fish n chip shop on the Causeway Lake for those lazy night dinners. Guest access You will have total freedom to use the entire house. Excluding carport and 2 locked cupboards within house. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond, immediate termination and loss of all payments.
