This cozy studio cottage room is thoughtfully designed with vintage wooden flooring and warm interiors that reflect the essence of Himachal. It features a comfortable double bed, a sofa-cum-bed, and an attached bathroom with hot and cold running water. Guests will also have access to the shared outdoor areas. Other things to note -Access & Mobility Please note that reaching the home requires a short but moderately demanding walk. Vehicles can access only part of the way. From the parking/drop-off point, there is an uphill walk of approximately 2 minutes at a relaxed pace. Beyond this, there is an additional 2-minute walk to the home. The final stretch includes 71 steps, all uphill. This access may not be suitable for: •Guests with limited mobility •Elderly travelers •Anyone with knee, leg, or breathing issues If easy, step-free access is important for your stay, this property may not be the best fit. -About the Cottage This cottage is on the upper floor. -Food & Meals A food menu is available at the property through which you can order meals. -Check-in & Check-out You may request an early or late check-in and check-out after booking. We will do our best to accommodate based on availability. -Guest Support We have an Experience Engineer who will continuously coordinate with you until you check out. Guests are requested to submit soft copies of their ID proofs 2 days before arrival and show hard copies at check-in. -Water & Utilities Water supply in the hills is limited and provided every other day. Kindly use water mindfully during your stay. Drinking water in the glass bottles is RO filtered and safe to consume. Please do not flush sanitary pads, napkins, or diapers down the toilet. Ask the caretaker for a disposal bag. -BREAKING HOUSE RULES MAY INCUR A ₹2,000 FINE Please take note of the following house rules for a pleasant stay: No Smoking — Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke in designated outdoor areas only. No Parties or Events — The property is for residential use only. Please refrain from hosting parties or large gatherings. Quiet Hours — Kindly observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets Policy — Pets are allowed with prior approval from the host. Please clean up after your pets. Maximum Occupancy — The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy specified in the listing.
