Just steps away from Carrer Blai, famous for its vibrant tapas bars, and within walking distance of central Barcelona, this stylish apartment combines comfort and convenience. Master bedroom: Relax in a spacious room featuring a double bed (150x190 cm), built-in wardrobe, desk/vanity, and direct access to a private sunlit patio that fills the space with natural light throughout the day. Second bedroom: Perfect for families or groups, this room includes two single beds (90x190 cm). It also offers a full bathroom and a built-in wardrobe. Living room: Unwind on the comfortable sofa or in the individual armchair, enjoy entertainment on the 42” TV, and stay connected with excellent Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Kitchen/diner: The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, three-ring electric stove, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave/grill, and all necessary utensils. Gather around the spacious, unique table crafted from iron sheeting, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals. Patio: Enjoy your own private patio with plants, a quiet spot to relax or have your morning coffee. The washing machine is discreetly housed in a built-in cabinet on the terrace to keep the area clutter-free. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. All beds, the sofa, appliances, bedding, towels, and other amenities are of high quality, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy. There is just one storage cupboard with is not for guest use, behind the curtain in the lounge area. This tax is not included in the nightly rate and will be collected separately. 📆 Starting April 2025, the rate will be €6.88 per person, per night (for guests aged 17 and older, for the first 7 nights) + a 10% handling fee. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a payment link to complete the transaction. This tax helps support sustainable tourism.
