Just a few steps from Carrer Blai, famous for its vibrant tapas bars, and within easy walking distance of Barcelona’s city center, this stylish apartment offers both comfort and convenience. Master bedroom: Unwind in a spacious bedroom featuring a double bed (150x190 cm), a built-in wardrobe, a desk/vanity, and direct access to a sunny patio that provides natural light throughout the day. Second bedroom: Ideal for families or groups, this bedroom includes two single beds (90x190 cm), a full bathroom, and a built-in wardrobe. Living room: Relax on the comfortable sofa and individual armchair, enjoy entertainment on the 42” TV, and stay connected with excellent WiFi available throughout the apartment. Kitchen/dining area: The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, three-burner electric cooktop, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave/grill, and all necessary kitchenware. Enjoy your meals at the spacious and unique iron-sheet dining table, perfect for home-cooked meals. Patio: Enjoy a peaceful landscaped patio with lush plants, creating a cozy and inviting space to savor your morning coffee. The washing machine is conveniently located in a built-in cabinet on the terrace, helping keep the living space neat and uncluttered. The apartment is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. All beds, sofas, appliances, bed linen, towels, and other amenities are of high quality, ensuring a very comfortable stay. Guest access The entire property is yours to enjoy. There is just one storage cupboard with is not for guest use, behind the curtain in the lounge area. This tax is not included in the nightly rate and will be collected separately. 📆 Starting April 1, 2026, the tourist tax will increase to €9.50 per person, per night (for guests aged 17 and older, for the first 7 nights of the stay) Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a secure payment link to complete the transaction. This tax is collected by local authorities and helps support sustainable tourism and city services. These items come at an extra cost and can be requested after confirming your booking. 🗑️ Garbage Collection Garbage is typically collected early in the morning or late at night, especially in warm climates. Please dispose of your trash in the nearby recycling bins (grey) in the late afternoon. 🔑 Keys Lost/unreturned keys: €180 Lock change: €350 If keys are left inside and a new set must be delivered: Between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM: €30 Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 AM: €50 🔐 Security Please ensure that all doors, windows, and balcony/patio doors are properly locked when leaving the apartment. ⚠️ Responsibility We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your stay.
