House 1,5 km from the beach in a suggestive zone rich of sites to be visited for natual beuty and historical attractions. Facing the beach, between S. Felice Circeo and Sabaudia, rises a high hill where it's possible to climb (or walk ) and reach the top having ammazing view. Sperlonga, Sabaudia, Gaeta are beautiful towns, in the surrounding, made of romantic architecture and historical sites. The beach around is beautiull and water is clear. The space Three bedroms, 2 beds for room (one of which is double bed) total of six beds, living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, nice yard with gazebo and huge table. Parking is free just outside the gate. There are no stairs in the house. Close to the house, about 1 km, there is a nice village where there are supermarkets, shops, restaurants, a marketplkace on sunday, and everithing can be necessaire. A little further (abount 5/6 Km) there is S.Felice Circeo, famous touristic town in the zone. Terracina is a 7 km, it's a little town full of night activities (discoteques, bars, pubs) ehwre teens or young guests can enjoy night life.
