We ask guests to download an Internet calling & messaging app like whats app as the signal at Maenporth isn't great but we have good WiFi for guests to use. Guest access To access there is a key safe, this ensures an easy check in. Two days prior to arrival step by step access information will be on your account under 'trips'. You have double doors at the rear of your apartment with a balcony, which has a table with two chairs and a bench for your use. In addition, to the left of the driveway is a decking area equipped with wooden seating for all guests to use and this over looks the beach and is a lovely sunny spot to relax in. Its a self check in service with a key box outside the flat door. You will not see me unless you need me, im always happy to help. Many Thanks Amber Other things to note For peace of mind, we would like to make all of our guests aware, we take pride in our high standards and part of this is following the Airbnb guidelines especially the cleaning routine to make sure everything is washed down and disinfected. To make sure our guests are comfortable and have a safe stay. There are strict local council guidelines concerning food, recycling and general waste disposal and collection. Please adhere to them. Recycling and food waste rules are detailed within a notice that will be left on the kitchen table for you to read upon arrival. Breach of the rules will lead to fines which will obviously affect guest reviews. Thank you. *The superking duvet is feathered. *This self contained apartment is attached to a family home. *Kayaks are availlble to hire on site, prices are as follows: Singles each £15 an hour £40 half a day (4 hours) (between 8am and 1pm or between 1pm and 7pm) Full day £70 Doubles £25 an hour £60 half day £90 full day Kayaks are hired solely at the guests risk. If the hirer is inexperienced then they should enquire about instruction before use. A Buoyancy aid will be supplied with each kayak and should be used at all times. There will be a surcharge if anything is broken or not returned as it left when hired.
