Beach cottage, 100m walk to beach. You will be able to relax in style and enjoy the sun, surfing the great waves, activities and nightlife all within walking distance from our home. Nearby are great restaurants, a nine hole golf course, lawn bowls, fishing either at the ocean or at the lagoon, boutique shops and a lot more. Alternatively, just chill out on the rear deck and enjoy a game of backyard cricket with your children and friends. I invite everyone to enjoy our home. The space Our home is situated right in the middle between Terrigal and Wamberal beach. This gives you the opportunity to enjoy the best of both locations all within easy walking distance. Terrigal is a major coastal town on the Central Coast. It is renowned for its pristine beach, lagoon, great coastal walks and relaxed lifestyle. It offers a unique shopping strip, some of the finest restaurants on the Central Coast and great nightlife venues. Wamberal is the Aboriginal word for "where the sea breaks". It also has a pristine beach, tranquil lagoon, stunning coastal cliffs, expansive ocean views and great restaurants. Our house has plenty of off street parking. Other features in our home are:- * Living Room includes LED TV and wifi internet. * Kitchen with dishwasher, gas cook top, oven and microwave. *Outdoor table setting for 8 -12, gas BBQ. * Kef Sound System to enjoy your music while you relax on the rear deck. *Fully fenced backyard. *Laundry with washing machine and dryer. *Linen is included for all beds - Sheets, pillowcases and towels. *Reverse cycle air conditioner. (provides Cooling and heating options) *Welcome pack includes:- tea, coffee, sugar sachets, washing powder, toilet rolls, soap, shampoo, dish washing powder / liquid. Guest access All Guests will have full access to the house and an outside laundry. The backyard is fenced. There is a Granny flat, an outside bathroom adjacent to the laundry and a tin shed on the property which guests do not have access to. The Granny flat is occupied by the Owners of this property and their 2 dogs a Cavoodle and a rescue Greyhound. Other things to note There is a Granny Flat on the property (which is detached from the house) , a separate bathroom that is adjacent to the laundry and a tin shed adjacent to the Granny Flat. All three are not for guests use. The granny flat is occupied by my wife Thea and me (Owners) of this property and our 2 dogs, a Cavoodle (Vinny) and a rescue Greyhound (Birtha). The Owners will be using the side driveway gate to enable them access to the granny flat which is in the middle of the property and away from the house. There is a metal fencing around the Granny Flat and the tin shed where both dogs are enclosed during guest stays. The rest of the backyard is for guests use and enjoyment.
