Welcome to Sunrise Shores on Chautauqua Lake!

Welcome to our lakefront retreat! Our home was just completely renovated and has 100+ feet of lake frontage on Chautauqua Lake with our own private dock. You'll have so much to do during your stay! A public walking trail is located across the street and leads to multiple restaurants or the public park, playground and Barney's Ice Cream which is just a mile away. Enjoy use of our 4 kayaks, peddle boat, paddle board, outdoor shuffleboard table, yard games, fishing poles, grill and fire pit. The space Indoors, the vaulted great room is open to the kitchen, with incredible lake views from the abundance of windows. There are four bedrooms, with a kids room that holds two sets of bunk beds. Two full baths are totally remodeled as well. Enjoy wifi, tv with Netflix, a desk area if you need to bring your work on vacation, popcorn and coffee bars, board games, game area with arcade basketball and dart board, washer and dryer and more amenities! I appreciate this when I stay at a home, so I'm sure you will too: We wash ALL bedding, including quilts, after EVERY rental! Guest access Plenty of parking for 4 cars in the driveway and also grass parking along the street. Other things to note Pontoon boat is not included in rental. Our dock is not able to be used to tie off your boat or jet skis. You can still bring yours or rent them, and there is the Mayville public boat launch just down the street (about 3/4 mile from the house). Though you can't tie up your equipment to our dock, you're welcome to park it with your trailer in our driveway or rent space at the marina.
