My place is close to Penang Georgetown, Lotus E-Gate, Sunshine Supermarket, Kapal sigh drive, Penang 1st bridge with 5-10mins drive and 5mins walking distance to famous Friday night market. With lot of restaurant, electrical shop, 24hours 7-11 store and more...at the premise. There is also convenient for public transport like Rapid bus, Grab and taxi. My place is good for couples, adventurers, and business travelers. The space New studio suite pool view in town are located on Jelutong in Georgetown Penang. Guest can park his car at secured indoor parking lot with access card provided when check in. Good view from balcony, you able to view swimming pool, Penang Bridge, Komtar, Town view, seaview..... Bedroom 1 with King bed • King size bed at bedroom • Living Room with 1 Queen-sized sofa bed • extra single bed upon request • Bathroom equipped with shower, water heater, shampoo & body shampoo • For principles of hygiene, bath towels are provided upon request • TV box with multi country live channels and movie. • Times fibre 100Mbps internet, the faster and stable speed in Malaysia. • 1 designated parking lot may be provided upon requested. Please take note of the following, 1) please switch off all the electrical appliances when not in use or when you leave. 2) Strictly not allow smoking in unit. Forfeited deposit if found unit got smoking smell. 3) please wash and clean the kitchen area after use the utensils of kitchen appliances. 4) please dispose the trash and garbage to LG floor beside entrance big trash or refuse room near LG floor carpark there. 5) please keep silent after 10.30pm to avoid neighbor complaint. 6) please provide us your estimated check in time. Check in : 3pm Check out : 11am 1. [Early check in] - Early check in is subject to availability at the time of arrival and cannot be confirmed in advance. No late check in charges. 2. [late check out] - RM80 for the first 2 hours applied and continuous(after 1pm) as RM50 per hour. For late check out after 3pm should incur full day charges to the guest. 2. For convenience of guests after check out, we rent a store unit in this apartment level 7 as luggage center, specially for luggage drop off. To cover rental & operational cost, we have a service charge of RM20. You may drop-off your luggage after check out from 11am - 5pm. (required to inform us for further arrangement)
