In the heart of Dorsoduro, far away from the crowds of San Marco, but within walking/vaporetto distance to all the best sites. 027042-LOC-06900&06901 The space The building has three floors and is designed to be rented as separate apartments, but can easily be opened up to accommodate a large group. The result is a beautiful house that offers privacy when wanted. The piano terra, off of the garden, features a beautiful and cozy bedroom which can be setup as a queen or two twin beds, clever kitchen, charming sitting room with a sofa bed, and extraordinary African malachite bathroom. Perfect for two/three that can’t do stairs or want easy access to the garden. Upstairs is the larger part of the house spread out through the second and third floors of the building. The second floor has one bedroom with a queen, one bathroom, and a salotto (living room) with a day bed, large dining table, stainless steel and cherry wood kitchen with a full fridge. The third floor features another charming bedroom (can be set as a double or two singles), two very pretty bathrooms, sitting room with two daybeds and round crystal dining table + kitchen all under a 18ft high pitched ceiling of white beams. The entire palazzetto is full of light and airy with extraordinary attention to every detail. Pieces of my art and photography collection are on display throughout. Use the garden for a dinner party, or as is tradition in our family - pasta in the piano terra sitting room, second course in the second floor salotto and dessert and dancing on the third floor! Guest access You will have access to the entire building and garden. Other things to note While we have always had the highest cleaning standards, we are taking extra steps to clean and sanitize between guests as well as providing cleaning supplies for you to use during your stay. Your stay in my house includes maid service once a week, coordinated to ensure physical distancing and safety. There is a Venice city Tax of 4€ per person, per night (for the first 5 nights).
