The space Located in a quiet neighborhood on top of the hill behind La Spezia central station, “La casetta di Marina” is a cozy and charming apartment on the first floor of a building of the early 1900, newly refurnished and finely decorated, with its own entrance and a private garden. It offers all necessary facilities for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Because it is located along a stairway, the apartment is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The apartment “La casetta di Marina” consists of a large living area with two bright windows that face the garden, a kitchen and a big bathroom finished in Carrara marble. The apartment can comfortably accomodate up to 4 people thanks to its king size bed and one double sofa bed, a big wardrobe and a chest of drawers. All guests have at their disposal a full change of towels and bed linens, but we kindly ask to use these items responsibly in order to avoid waste. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: a washing machine, a cooking range, a refrigerator and a microwave. The guests have also at their disposal a full set of kitchenware, dishes, glasses and cutlery. In the living area there is a 32" SmartTV with satellite channels and the possibility of accessing the main streaming platforms (Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc.) using your personal account. Free wi-fi connection is provided as well. The apartment is equipped with a wall mounted air conditioner. Guest access THE APARTMENT IS LOCATED ALONG A STAIRWAY AND CAN BE REACHED ONLY ON FOOT Inside the apartment smoking is not allowed: it is possible to smoke in the garden. Upon arrival all guests will receive a set of keys so that they can enjoy their stay and move freely at any time of the day; the keys shall be returned before departure according to the instructions of the landlady. The apartment has an unguarded private parking place on the street just a few minutes away. (5€/night) Because it is located along a stairway, the apartment is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties.
