An unbeatable stunning view of the Shotover River and surrounding mountains! We are set off the beaten track but only a 5 minute drive to queenstown. We do advise you have a car if staying with us. The space The Canyons B&B has two superior double rooms each with an ensuite bathroom available as part of our B&B hosted accommodation. The B&B rooms are located downstairs with their own patio area leading onto the lawn area. The prices quoted are per room per night and breakfast is NOT included but generally available on request for an additional fee of $25 NZD with advance notice before arrival. The Rooms have direct garden access through French or patio Doors, where you can sit on the deck and take in the sweeping view of tall poplars, weeping willows and Coronet Peak which is only 15 minutes drive away. The features include: Queen Sized bed with superior quality linen Private Ensuite bathroom (each with a shower) Luxurious bathrobes Electric Blankets in winter Tea and Coffee making facilities available Flat panel TV Free WIFI facility Outdoor seating We also have a shared outdoor hot tub that you can enjoy. ...................................................................................................................... Guest access Guests enjoy private use of their own spacious rooms with ensuites and direct access to their own private deck area. There is also shared access to a huge deck area and a hot tub. The main house is not available to B&B guests, so there is no access to the lounge or kitchen unless the whole house is hired as a holiday home. Other things to note We have a minimum booking of 2 nights B&B accommodation but do enquire as to our availability as we often have special deals available. No access to the main house/ kitchen for B&B guests. If you are looking to rent the entire Lodge exclusively as a Holiday Home ….please get in touch. We have 4 double bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms taking a maximum of 8 adults. We have a sofa bed and cots to accommodate 2 children/infants free of charge). The Lodge has a well appointed kitchen with dining room and lounge with open fireplace, Netflix and free Wifi. Hot tub in the garden with a view that cannot be beaten! Unfortunately we do not permit any functions or events whilst using the Lodge as a holiday home. Anything over 10 guests for an informal gathering is considered a function. Only those guests who have booked to stay for the night are permitted access to the property. Strictly no smoking and no pets
