We've done this as we get many families from Christchurch who have asked for it, as they want to bring their own linen and self-clean to enable the lowest amount possible for the rental. Hired linen and the booked cleaner is available as requested at an additional charge. If you ask to self clean and don't, this leaves us with a very difficult situation, an unscheduled clean in advance of a new guest arriving. This would result in a $120 cleaning charge. Our pricing structure is set out clearly in our listing. If you missed it and you decide it does not suit your requirements you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund at any point.
