A blue stone house circa 1865 situated in the countryside town of Penshurst. Madigans has been lovingly renovated in keeping with the historic nature of the building. Come to enjoy the peaceful surrounds of South West Victoria. Located 20 minutes from Dunkeld, the "Gateway to the Grampians" and 50 minutes from the Great Ocean Rd. The space Madigans contains: - Three bedrooms (two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has two single beds) - One bathroom with shower - Kitchen with an induction cook top, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge - Laundry with a washing machine/dryer and iron - Lounge room with smart TV and piano - Heaters for the bedrooms and a wood fire within the kitchen for the cooler nights. Split system air conditioners in dining,kitchen, lounge and passage. - An established garden and vine covered arbour with outdoor dining setting and BBQ. Guest access Guests have full use of the house and garden, you are very welcome to explore your surroundings. Other things to note Madigans has disability access and facilities. No pets please.
