1 Bedroom apartment with a great view of Brisbane City. There is a stove, crockery and cutlery. There is access to a gym with treadmill, cross trainer, weights and a bike. Only 2 minutes from the train station (5 stations and 12 minutes to the CBD) as well as the bus stop. Very close to local restaurants, a small supermarket, and many cafes. Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. Other things to note I usually live in the apartment but I'm renting it out while I am overseas.
