Ideal for couples or families, it offers two spacious double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living area with a fully-equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed for the 5th guest. City tax not included The space Ca’ Turchette is perfect for two up to four people: the two bedrooms are spacious and there are two bathrooms, both equipped with shower. As soon as you enter you have a ramp of stairs to reach the bedrooms and the living room. Once you reach the top of the ramp you will be welcomed by colourful tiles and a home-sweet-home atmosphere. One bedroom has a double bed, the other one has two single beds. Both rooms have a big wardrobe and a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a modern counter to eat your meals. In the living area there’s a tv and two canapés, as well as an armchair, perfect to relax after a whole day of walking around Venice. The bathrooms are both equipped with shower and the main one has also the washing machine (no dryer, but there is a rack). Free WiFi. -VERY IMPORTANT: Please note that the city tax is NOT included in the price, and it must be paid in cash when you check-in. In Venice the price is 4€ per person per night. Children under the age of 10 don't have to pay it. Check-in is free from 2pm to 8pm, thereafter extra costs will apply: from 8pm to 11pm: 35€ from 11pm to 12:30am: 50€ We do not accept check-ins after 12:30 am Guest access The guests have access to the whole apartment. Other things to note We will personally welcome you upon arrival and provide you with all the necessary information to ensure a pleasant stay. We remain available for any needs, both through Airbnb messaging and by phone at the number we will provide upon booking. The city tax is NOT included in the price and we'll be asked to pay it upon arrival. The amount is calculated as 4€ per person per night for the adults, 2€ per night for the kids betwwn 10 and 15 years old; kids under 10 years old don't pay it. The check-in is free between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-ins after 8:00 PM are subject to availability and carry an additional fee, payable upon arrival: - From 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM: €35 - From 11:00 PM to 12:30 AM: €50 We cannot guarantee check-ins after 12:30 AM. Upon arrival, you will be asked to show an ID, as required by national regulations for registration. Please note that trash disposal is not included in the cleaning fees.
