Close to Rocky Fork Lake, Amish community, and Paint Creek Lake State Park & ARC. WIFI, Smart tv. Sit on the porch to watch the sunset and deer graze! There is no washer/dryer. The space The farmhouse has a large front porch, open living room with a gas fireplace, lots of windows with beautiful views, and comfortable furniture. Eating area has antique table, buffet and hosier. New kitchen has refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, everything you will need! Lovely tiled walk in shower. Bedroom has a king iron bed and antique furniture. Comfortable robes provided! This is a working grain farm. Certain times of the year there may be farm equipment in the fields. There are deer, coyote, bobcats, lots of birds (possibly eagles), ground hogs, skunks, bees, spiders… we do our best to keep critters away from the house but we can only do so much! Guest access Access to the whole house! Other things to note There is a fire pit out back with wood, a charcoal grill, and 2 bicycles.
