Area47 is not far away (5 km), Hoch Oetz/Kühtai ski resort (5 km), Aqua Dome is 25 minutes away. The space The cottage is located in the residential area , with sunbathing area. Terrace with seating, ski storage room. They rent the whole house. We have space for 6 to 18 people! 17th and 18th guest gladly with extra charge Guest access The house has 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a well-equipped kitchen, living room and a breakfast room for 18 people. Other things to note Exclusive: Tourist tax €5 per person per day Children up to the age of 15 are exempt. 1 Cot Included New tourist tax:from 1.11 2025 ,5€/person /day Children under 15 years are exempt Security deposit: €300 is paid in cash on site on the day of arrival. The guest will receive the security deposit back on the day of departure if everything is in order, i.e., if there is no damage to property and the house rules have been observed.
