Beautiful penthouse situated on the hills of Llafranc. A brief 15 minute walk downhill to Llafranc, along the coastline to the beach of Calella. Llafranc offers all year long nice restaurants and bars. In summer small supermarket and shops. 10 min drive to Palafrugell, where you find any supermarket and shops, fresh markets. The space The apartment is on the 3rd floor having an lift. There is a bright and spacious lounge-dining area with a very nicely equipped open-plan kitchen. All of it leading onto the large terrace with panoramic views. There are two double bedrooms sharing a terrace, a third bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms, one with bathtub, other with shower. Guest access Guests can access all of the property, there are no restricted areas. There is a private parking outside available for their use. Nice community pool with grass area. Easy access to the apartment with the lift. Other things to note We charge 25€/person/month for utilities for stays over 28 nights. Either to be paid on site or by transfer or card on arrival. Catalonia is experiencing a drought. We ask all tenants to be responsible in their use of water. An excessive use could result in fines from the town hall. The pools and garden might be affected by the regulations, but we are doing everything in our power to prevent any issue. The fireplace is not for use!
