Orchard Villa by Radiant Janda Baik

A Private villa set in 4 acres of hilltop orchard, with surrounding mountain views, in the cool Janda Baik highlands near Bukit Tinggi. Your stay comes with complete cooked breakfast, and free access to the many fun attractions and games in our orchard! Orchard Villa can accommodate up to 12pax maximum including kids. Note: The villa price for the first 8 pax. Additional pax add RM50/pax including kids. FOC for kids below 6 ages. The space Orchard Villa, Mountain Lodge and Forest Lodge are located in Radiant Retreats Site A, which is a 4 acre orchard with gardens, pond and attractions which our guests really enjoy. Our Wawa Fun Valley includes an 5-station obstacle course, archery, 9 holes of mini golf, paintball target-shooting and catch-and-release fishing. We are a 45 minute scenic drive from downtown Kuala Lumpur, in the forested highlands of the Titiwangsa mountain range, Malaysia. Our location ensures Orchard Villa is always cool and breezy, and temperatures often fall to 18ºC at night (bring a sweater!). The misty mountains in the morning, and after rain, are a sight to behold! The Orchard Villa is 1,600 square feet in size with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large lounge. There are bed for 8 pax, and the price listed is for up to 8 pax staying, with breakfast. However, extra mattresses in the large upstairs bedroom and the lounge can take the occupancy to 12 people. Extra guests over the first 8 are charged RM50 per night, and provided with mattress sets and breakfast. A stay at Orchard Villa is unique, good for the soul, and great for the family! Orchard Villa comes with - Wifi - TV with Netflix & Youtube (Need to login your own account) - Fully equipped kitchenette with stove, grill oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and eating utensils for 12 people - Tea, coffee, and water dispenser. - An open air bathtub in the upstairs balcony - Basic toiletries (soap and shampoo) - Bedding and towels - 8 seater sofa set & hammock - Oakwood dining table seating 7 - 6-seater wooden patio table and chairs A gas BBQ set is also provided for an unforgettable sunset BBQ. Additional charge of RM100 is applicable for use of the BBQ, which comes with charcoal and all necessary utensils. Our location in Janda Baik means that you are close to clean rivers, forests and waterfalls which you can enjoy! While forest and waterfall treks should be taken with a local guide which we can arrange, we can show you the way to the best sections of rivers which you can safely enjoy on your own. You can play at our Wawa Fun Valley as much as you like (archery, fishing, obstacle course, archery, paintball target shooting with free first 10 bullets per player). We just ask that you take turns with anyone else already playing there. Radiant Retreats is a nature retreat ideal for those who love nature and the outdoors. You should expect to come across all sorts of domesticated and wild animals, including chickens, cats, insects of all varieties including mosquitoes, squirrel, field mice and so on. If this will be an issue for you, then our place is not suitable for you. :) Guest access Orchard Villa may not be suitable for elderly or infirm guests. After parking your car, there is 30 meters of grassy slope (around 20 degrees slope) to navigate, followed by 3 steps down to the front door. Our land is on the side of a hill, so getting around our orchard also involves many steps. Please consider accordingly.
