Cheap, bright, cozy rooms between Veltins-Arena/medicos/Zoom Erlebniswelt/Hafen Graf Bismarck. Centrally located between highways A2 and A42. The apartment has 2 separately bookable and lockable living rooms, each with 2 single beds. This living room, bedroom (19 m²) has a small kitchenette with fridge, etc. for your own use. The hallway and bathroom are shared with guests of the other living room, bedroom (29 m²). No smoking inside the entire apartment! The space Currently, a female person lives in the other room of this apartment. Due to the shared use of the bathroom and hallway, I can only rent this room to female guests until further notice out of consideration for the other tenant. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. This accommodation is the smaller of the two living/sleeping rooms of about 19 sqm with its own small kitchen area in the same room. Both rooms and the bathroom are lockable. This room has 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed, 2 small tables / nightstand, 2 wardrobes (80 cm and 40 cm wide), 1 armchair, dining table with 2 chairs, shelves and blackout curtains. The private small kitchen area within the room has a complete basic equipment consisting of: small Bosch fridge with 4-star freezer compartment, 2-burner stove, small oven, small kitchen sink with cold water connection only, (filter) coffee maker, kettle, pots, pan, dishes, cutlery, cutting boards, salt, pepper, oil, baking paper, coffee filter, dish towel, small towel, detergent and other washing and kitchen utensils. The shared bathroom has a bathtub incl. shower and is illuminated by daylight. In the bathroom, there are two separate soap dispensers, as well as two holders for toilet paper and reserve toilet paper, so that guests from each room can use their own soap dispenser and own toilet paper. In addition to the two towel rails in the bathroom, there is a separate large towel rail in each of the two rooms as well as a large mirror. The shared hallway has a large mirror, a wardrobe and a closet with a steam iron and cleaning utensils such as: vacuum cleaner, floor wiper, broom, dustpan, various cleaning cloths and universal cleaner. The rooms can all be locked individually. The key ring therefore has room, apartment and front door keys. Linens and towels are provided in the rooms. A total of 2 living rooms and bedrooms are available for separate booking, so that a total of up to 4 beds can be rented. Longer stays are also possible after a shorter stay or getting to know each other on site. If required, lockable accommodation for your own bike can be rented. Rental of a very simple bike including lockable accommodation is also possible on request. Please let me know if you would like a seat in the yard, as I will only be happy to provide a table, chair and chair pad if necessary. In the bathroom, two separate holders for toilet paper and spare toilet paper are available, so each room can use its own toilet paper. In addition to the two towel racks in the bathroom, there are their own large towel racks in the two rooms, as well as a large mirror. The TV shown in the pictures was removed by me, as only 13 unencrypted programs can be received and the previous guests were not interested in the TV. However, if there is again an expected interest in the TV, I can gladly set it up again if this is communicated to me in good time and explicitly. In case of wetness, there is a risk of slipping at the 3 steps. Therefore, please step on the anti-slip black stripes on the steps of the outside staircase.
