Gîte du Coullet – Ardèche

Looking for peace and quiet? Traveling mountain roads to reach our *** gîte is a source of change of scenery. Come and discover our couple's gîte in the heart of the Hautes Cévennes Ardèche, in Genestelle, where the stars are born. You will enjoy exceptional unobstructed views and a landscaped garden area consisting of a superb terrace on stilts. You will also enjoy our animals (sheep, birds) but above all being welcomed by our Beauceron The space The accomodation. The NON-SMOKING gîte has an area of about 45 m2 on one level. You have, from your bedroom and the living room, a direct access door to the terrace with panoramic mountain views. The living room includes a kitchen area, dining area, a living room area with a bench and an electric recliner chair. In addition to this room, there is a bathroom (bathtub – shower, sink), a separate toilet and your laundry room with washer and dryer. You will have at your disposal a Wi-Fi connection and tourist documentation. The kitchen is integrated and has everything you need to cook: pyrolysis oven, ceramic hob, range hood, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, filter carafe. The bedroom features a double bed (140) and stunning views of the entire valley. It is equipped with 2 bedside tables and a large storage closet with wardrobe. For your convenience, kitchen towels, towels and sheets are provided. Outside, the 80 m2 terrace, with a covered area, has deckchairs, a table to have your meals in the sun or in the shade, and garden furniture for an aperitif. You also have at your disposal a barbecue and a hot tub from April to September 15. Guest access: We have chosen to open our cottage to 2 people. While the garden and terrace contribute to the charm of the house, they do not seem to us to be suitable for the safety of children. For the same reasons, the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Finally, there is an external staircase between the parking space and the access to the cottage. Parking is provided in the garden, closed by an electric gate... and watched over by Odin! Please let us know if you need any further information. Other things to note For your vehicle: it will be parked in our garden enclosed by an electric gate. If necessary (motorcycles, weather risk) we can put it under shelter.
