A country house with 2500 m2 of private park, just 15 minutes by car from Arezzo. The spacious guest room is very bright, quiet, with flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi free, parquet floors, air conditioning and a memory foam mattress for relax and comfort. The large private bathroom next to the room has a bathtub, soap, towels and a hairdryer. For families it is possible to add a single bed and/or a bed with bars. Private parking. The space Breakfast is homemade and with local and organic products and is consumed in the outbuilding in the park, which has windows on three sides. On request the annex can be used for guests: has a kitchenette with two hobs, sink and mini-fridge. Nearby it is perfect for long walks in nature with simple and not very demanding itineraries. Geographically it is a strategic point to visit various cities: it is 15 minutes from Arezzo, 50 minutes from Siena and Perugia, 1 hour from Florence, 2 hours from Rome, 25 minutes from Cortona. 10 Minutes from the Equestrian Centre Arezzo. For shopping lovers the Valdichiana Outlet Village is only 20 minutes far by car and bus. All are welcome, without distinction, including animals. I speak Italian, Spanish and English and a little bit of Portuguese. Guest access Garden and depandance are free. Laundry and dépandance for events, parties and kitchen use, for a fee. During your stay We live in the countryhouse (Enrica, Emiliano and the little Matilde), but it is big enough not to meet us if you do not want to be disturbed. There is also a cat, Silvestro.
